RAD Rise instructors are Balanced Body certified in mat and reformer. Empowered with education and diverse experience, we provide safe, personalized, and joyful training.

Sessions are rooted in classical Pilates, with a contemporary twist to provide the most appropriate movement options for you.

Classical Apparatus

Learn on top of the line classical Pilates apparatus.

Sessions are designed to meet your movement goals and will encompass use of the mat, chair, arc, reformer and tower in our Pilates studio.

Pilates focuses on alignment, breathing, creating a strong core and supple spine, and using effective and efficient movement patterns. It is a full body and mind workout, which will help you develop an evenly conditioned body. With endless modifications, Pilates is an excellent workout for every body!
